golf..choosing the right golf ball im a 5 handicap?
the ball im playing with now is the titleist pro v1x i play well with the ball get birdies sometimes and good scores and i played for my club in the summer and with the pro v1x i was 3 under through 5 holes and finished awful thats only because when i got bogeys i gave up and finished my round badly then i changed to the titleist pro v1 golf ball and was doing the same with this ball some birdies and good round i have 24 brand new pro v1x balls here and when i baught box 2 weeks ago the pro said would u not rather the pro v1 its better so can somebody help me choose ino it sounds odd from a 5 handicapper cant choose the ball but im stuck on which to play with thanks
The ball at this point has nothing to do with your game. I’d work on the mental aspect and get my head together, a bogey is just a signal for more focus; not giving up. You’re “awful” games will persist until you can change your mindset, not your ball.
