Ping Command Prompt

Ping not recognized in command prompt?
When I’m trying to ping 4.2.2.1 (Ip) in Command prompt it says “ping is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.”
But before i used to get reply from 4.2.2.1.
Now it just doesn’t seem to work…. PLEASE HELP!!!
Perhaps you, someone else, or a virus deleted the ping command?
